The waterslide was a blast, but there were hairs in the pool area.

The stay was delightful, especially due to the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Enjoying the fantastic breakfast was a definite highlight, with plenty of hot, fresh options. The pool and waterslide provided hours of fun for our family, making the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it felt like a great place for both relaxation and entertainment during our short visit.

Despite the spacious layout, the noise from heavy chairs in the dining area was annoying, and there were quite a few stray hairs found in the bed and pillows, which detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, the poolside area could have used a thorough cleaning with hair scattered on the floor while we were there, which wasn’t exactly pleasant when getting in and out of the water.

The amenities were impressive, especially the

breakfast options, which included made-to-order omelets and pancakes with toppings. Unfortunately, we did deal with noise from above, which occasionally interrupted our sleep, but the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations made our overall experience enjoyable.

However, heavy foot traffic above our room negatively impacted our sleep, and the check-out process was complicated by a lack of proper receipt. Additionally, staff was unaccommodating regarding our room upgrade request.

My stay at Best Western Premier Executive Residency Medicine Hat was delightful! The spacious room featured a full kitchen that made meals easy. The breakfast was amazing with made-to-order omelets and pancakes. The helpful staff made all the difference.

The hotel was very nice.

I was very disappointed to find hair all over the bed and pillows, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool area was not clean, with hairs on the floor, creating an unwelcoming environment when getting in and out of the water. To cap it off, the hot tub was out of order during my stay, which I had been looking forward to using.

The location is peaceful with ample parking, and breakfast features delicious options including sausages. The pool and waterslide are definite highlights, providing great fun. i recently had a staycation at best western premier, and it exceeded my expectations. the pool area was fantastic, and the hot breakfast made mornings delightful. i especially loved the spacious room and how comfy the bed felt after a long day.
